They are our main plumbing and heating service provider for our multiple properties. We are in an industry where emergency work is expected and has to be handled in a matter of hours. Paul and his team are the most professional and detailed tradesmen we know in Santa Fe. We have also worked with other higher-end plumbers and heating technicians, but we like the flexibility, friendliness, and family atmosphere of Paul’s team. When you need work done, and done now and right, these guys are the ones you want to call. The key here is availability, speed, correct application, and organization (their plumbing and heating work is magnificent.) We have worked with them for almost 4 years. During our time, we had five-figure major plumbing projects, new water heaters, to all-new heating for one property and obvious emergency plumbing work. Most importantly, I can trust them. In all of our time working with them, we have never had a situation where we could not get in touch. Every time we reach out, one of his team members is there within an hour. And the work is done right. We are very happy with our working relationship and plan to keep working with them long-term for our current and future properties.
