Paul and Paul's Plumbing and Heating, Inc. were great! Timeliness and expertise were stupendous. Paul returned my (non-emergency) call in less than 24 hours to schedule a visit to assess the issue. The issue was assessed the next morning and Paul's team was here that afternoon to make immediate repairs needed to the radiant heating system just before major cold and snow days. He made sure we had heat! I did choose to revamp our whole system to tankless with anti/de-scaling. That installation was scheduled for Monday the next week and then completed in about 6 hours. Very happy with Paul, his team, and their service. Thanks, Paul, Angel, Abel, Berto, and others as well as Rachel who ensured the contract and payment went smoothly.
