“Really Impressed”
I am watching our neighbor's house while she is in California, and the other day, a bitterly cold day and evening, I acted on the hunch that it was just the kind of day that might produce a furnace outage, so I checked her house . The house was cold--maybe forty-five degrees or so, and the furnace would not respond to the thermostat. I called Paul at 9:15 in the evening, and even though he had no idea who I was, he was there in about fifteen minutes. He diagnosed the problem immediately, fixed it, and I was home by 10:20. I was really impressed, and put one of his service stickers on my own furnace, and will have him service it next week. He is personable, efficient, and reasonably priced--all of these being unusual attributes these days.
