Paul’s Plumbing was at my house within 15 mins and Abel was amazing and professional. He mentioned all the services that they provide, and that was important to me. I have a tankless system and have experienced a hard time finding service in my area. I would recommend this company to anyone.

I can't say enough about Paul and his company. Our boiler had gotten very old, and it was time for it to go. We opted to replace it before it went out in the middle of December. Paul came out quickly and gave us our options. Within just a couple of days, we had a new tankless system that also replaced our hot water heater. Paul's work is clean and thorough. He tested all of our heating zones throughout the house and did all of the settings for us before showing us how everything worked. He also replaced our water softener which had been working poorly. The end result left so much room in our boiler closet that we were able to use some of it for storage! Paul will service the equipment year-round and is a call away if we should have a problem. I'll never use another plumber! Thank you again, Paul.

A Wonderful Experience with a Plumbing Company Aug 3, 2024

This was such a wonderful experience with a plumbing company! They showed up, fixed a leaky shower where the Allen screw had been stripped. Replaced the shower valve and handle, had to get an extraction kit to remove handle. These guys worked until it was fixed! Plus cleaned up before they left. I highly recommend Paul’s plumbing.

Our water heater began a slow leak last week. It took a few days to see the problem and called Paul’s plumbing as his number was on the water heater. It was New Year’s Day in the late afternoon when I called. Paul answered and helped me turn off the water and gas over the phone. He stayed with me on the phone until he was certain everything was off. His crew was at my home the next morning analyzing the issue. Cracked water heater. A new one was installed within hours. His guys did an amazing job. They discovered another issue with my 14-year-old boiler. They literally saved it. Refurbished the unit and now it is humming along just fine. In another month, this unit would have burnt out. Luckily, their attention to detail caught the very low-pressure problem I didn’t notice. Paul's Plumbing & Heating is a company you want to call when things go awry. The guys were professional and kept me informed of what they were doing throughout the project. The installation of my new water heater and refurbishing of my boiler was handled professionally and without any issues. I trusted them and would recommend their service to anyone with plumbing or heating issues.
